After dealing with health issues and finding a place of healing outside of traditional medicine Lisa Harris made it her life's mission to help others. 


Lisa Harris is a Certified Wellness coach, holds a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, and a Doctorate degree in Traditional Naturopathy. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified fitness Chef.  She is the author of two books, Rebuilding the Temple: A Practical Guide to Health & Wellness and The Five Pillars of Wellness: The Keys to Living a Balanced Life.


Lisa has been and continues to spread the message of living a Healthy and Whole life as a keynote speaker at health and wellness events. She is the creator of the Five Pillars of Wellness and offers her line of Skinny On The Inside® cleansing products.
